About the author

Born in Montreal, I never felt at home as a Canadian. Having spent many summers in Ogunquit Maine, and visits to Boston and New York I felt more like an American. My career in the film business got me out to L.A. many times and I was finally able to move here after getting my Green Card. I am a proud U.S citizen, now 21 years.

P.S. — I enjoy the blog entries, and find them stimulating. Thanks!

I too, love the pic and also wondered about the ‘stick’…hehehe I was born and raised in Glendale, so I can appreciate the So Cal lifestyle. You appear to be a prolific writer and look forward to reading your earlier posts.

Brother, I love your site. It has been a long time since I have dropped into a site like this and waged verbal battle with those on the other side of the political isle. I love it. I don’t like to wage battle but I like to inform people of things I have seen in this government and in the world. Having been in over 40 countries, seen the political landscape around the world, and seen the effectiveness of different political views, I am 100 % confident in the fact that the United States is the greatest country in the World, and would gladly lay my body down on the pyre in defense of it. I just wish the Left would open their eyes to the false reality created by their Media Outlets, and research things on their own before making snap judgments fed to them by sources that are questionable!

    To Arnett and the Author:

I have read what you have to say and I am not convinced that you have any clue of what you are talking about. You obviously have failed to take your own advice… on researching issues… or you are just incredibly retarded when it comes to thinking for yourselves! You are with the minority! Nothing that you can spin up will change that… It’s just sad that it took this long for the rest of the country to catch up to where we are now…

    Wake up!

    Research!

What else can I say, but that I can not reason with unreasonable people and you are unreasonable!

Great site. I really enjoyed reading several of your posts dealing with the news of the day. Your willingness to cut straight to the point and not participate in the standard media tap dance that passes for news reporting, is refreshing. Keep it up, I’ll look forward to browsing through your thoughts in the future.

As for Jimmy who lambasted you for being in the minority, don’t take that too hard. All great innovation is brought about by members of the minority. Being locked in step with the status quo is nothing to be particularly proud of. History is full of bad ideas that were accepted, even embraced by the majority.

    Keep up the good work.

    Subject: Jimmy Carter Says

I agree with the complaint that you did not research the topic. What I do not see by any slamming the book is facts and specifics…I see quotes of others who disagree. I see generalized statements, especially polemics like “Carter is stupid”. What I don’t see is facts that can be verified.

If you don’t like his conclusions, then say so. Be specific. This polemicized debate represents the worst in American politics. You have the right to spout nonsense but would it not be better to have a meangful conversation?

“LeBoutillier” is French for “The Bottle Maker,” not the “ass” as indicated in your article about John LeBoutillier. Get your facts straight or keep your mouth closed.

    Al,
Your proficiency in French is about as good as your sense of humor. I grew up speaking French, so please let us know how you arrived at your translation skills.

There is no word for “Bottle Maker” anywhere close to “Le Boutillier” in the French language. If we are thinking pre 1900’s then a “Bottle Maker”, would be a “Glass Blower” in French: “souffleur de verr”.
The French word for Bottle is “bouteille”, close but no cigar. The French word “bout”, means “end” like that of an arm, leg, or one’s back.

I say that his name means “the end” or “the ass”, because that’s how he comes off – and that is a fact. That statement needs no translation.
    Bonjour.

The Minuteman Project welcomes you to America! Thank you for immigrating to the United States legally. The Minuteman Project believes in an orderly cue of prescribed numbers of law-abiding legal immigrants with needed skills who will preserve this nation’s prosperity and promote its domestic tranquility.

Now, is that an Aturo Fuente cigar you are smoking?

Great site! Appreciate your effort to save America. The politicians are corrupt. The only thing they fear is to lose their power. Send them home if they vote for amnesty!!

After listening early this morning to a “Snow Job” by Tony Snow on the Laura Ingraham show on the issue of the President’s Comprehensive Immigration Bill, I was looking for information on what new plot our U.S. Senators were hatching against Americans today when I came across your site.

Your home page had just what I needed to jump start my day in Missouri! My morning routine as of late has been to brush my teeth, eat breakfast, feed the cat, and call my Senators to remind them they are working on behalf of Americans and our American values and not illegal aliens from a foreign country who have come here illegally in order to become “instant pop-up” Americans. I found what I was looking for on your Home Page, and I have given out your web address to my supporters so they can check out your site.

    Thank you for embracing America!

You are an immigrant too… Green Card holder…lol….
Let see, when you get DUI and they take your green card away…. you will be screeming for this Amnesty….
Educate yourself about your current possibilities to be removed from US…

    Have a nice life

    From the Author:
    Dear “Me”,
You obviously lack reading and comprehension skills. I am a U.S. citizen. I believe LEGAL immigrants and Citizens should obey the law. You believe that Illegal Aliens — who are law breakers the moment they step onto U.S. soil deserve “special” consideration for breaking even more laws. I say NO to Amnesty for ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS. If an Illegal Alien get’s arrested and charged with a DUI, they should be deported.

As an American whos government wrote the laws governing our nation, all illegal immigrants are to be deported no matter how long it takes to do the job.
There are no exceptions to the rule of law.
And we are a nation of laws.
If an American breaks the law the American pay the consequences of breaking that law.
I demand my country deport all persons who have broken our immigration laws regardless of what boarder they came across.
I demand my country stop giving citizenship to children who were transported illegally here in the wombs of lawbreakers.
I demand my country build the longest, highest and thickest wall to protect her.
I demand corrupt politicians to stop selling out its people until they can be replaced by others who are not corrupt and will run our country as “WE” the American people have said.
Just who in the hell do these idiots think they’re dealing with.
Personally, I’m tired of laws having different meaning for the rich and the illegal immigrant.
I DEMAND THIS ALL WITH MY TAX DOLLARS!

I am so pleased to read your site and grateful to hear about a naturalized citizen who loves and respects our country. I live in L.A. County and work at a local police department. Most people would be shocked at the crimes I see committed by illegal aliens who have no respect for our laws. Just one person here illegally who breaks our laws and causes harm to another is one too many.

    Fellow citizens,

As concerned Americans, we are always asking our government, whether it is
at the local, state or federal level, to be honest with us about what they
do and how they govern. But, on too many occasions, government has failed
us, especially when it comes to the issue of honesty. I believe that lack
of honesty accounts for over half of the problems that our country endures
to this day. With all that has occurred recently with Wall Street and the
floundering economy, we ask that our leaders to just fess up on who was at
fault, and let’s move forward with solving the problem with all the facts
in front of us. But that is where they will not admit to fault and will
continue to hide the truth. And this is where we need to come together and
    search for it.

The Spartan Truth is a news reporting website that offers our users the
chance to report on news that they hear or read about, report it on our
site, debate the issues, “put the pieces of the puzzle together” and
resolve an issue, entailing the exposure of the full truth. Our site is
powered with a full forum with various topics and a personal blog area for
people to voice their thoughts, concerns and facts about a particular issue.

We are also working on some upcoming projects, including a live chat for
people to talk and debate in real time, a weekly online news broadcast
talking about issues for the week, and finally, we will be in talks with
many different political, social and cultural figures to possibly either
submit a guest blog or come and chat on our live chat site, talking about
the issues facing our nation today.

In summary, it is safe to say that we do not get the entire truth from
news agencies and government officials. With that said, I believe it is
time that Americans search for the truth when trying to solve issues,
instead of relying on the usual means of news reporting.

I ask you to come and join The Spartan Truth, where subscription is free.
It will become, in time, a source of reporting that America will be able
    to trust.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Nick Polyzos
