Barack Obama = Neville Chamberlain and John Kerry = Madeleine Albright
Two left wing hacks, President Obama and Secretary of State, John Kerry have given Iran the green light to continue to produce nuclear fissionable material and a nuclear weapon.
The so-called negotiated agreement and Obama’s optimistic spin, is eerily similar to that of Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain after the Munich Agreement with Adolph Hitler in 1938. Neville proclaimed, “Peace in our time.” How did that work out for the world?
Then there is John Kerry, waxing philosophically in Zürich, telling the doubters that they have nothing to fear from Iran. Remember that other “brilliant” Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright? In 2000, Albright returned from talks in North Korea, proclaiming that Kim Jong Il was going to scale back its nuclear ambitions.
The AP reports that the United States and Iran have held secret meetings for a year. Iran decided to meet because the sanctions have economically crippled their nation.
The U.S. team had the upper hand to demand that Iran destroy their centrifuges to seriously impair their continuing refinement of uranium. They also could have insisted on the release of Pastor Saeed Abedini.
Instead it seems that Iran has won the negotiations with little sacrifice. The Geneva deal releases $7 billion from international sanctions in exchange for Iranian curbs on uranium enrichment and other nuclear activity.
Once again the Obama administration has thrown Israel under the bus, in a shortsighted attempt to prevent military action against Iran.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, “For years the international community has demanded that Iran cease all uranium enrichment. Now, for the first time, the international community has formally consented that Iran continue its enrichment of uranium.
“What was concluded in Geneva last night is not a historic agreement, it’s a historic mistake,”
Senator Ted Cruz said it right, “According to the interim agreement regarding Iran’s nuclear program that was reached this weekend in Geneva, not one centrifuge will be destroyed,” “Not one pound of enriched uranium will leave Iran. Not one American unjustly detained in Iran’s notorious prisons will be released. But Iran will start to receive, in a matter of days, $7 billion in relief from international economics sanctions.” “The administration has gotten it backwards and it is time to reverse course before any further damage is done,”
Barack Obama continues to cozy up with our enemies in the Mid-East. The best example is with former President Morsi of Egypt and the Muslim Brotherhood. It reaffirms his hate for a powerful America and is in sync with John Kerry. Kerry already proved that decades ago, after his service in Viet Nam, when he accused the U.S. Military of torturing innocent villagers.
They hate America and will willingly sell our interests and security down the river to meet their goal of the end of the U.S. as a super power.
This is a dangerously bad deal, best summed up by Naftali Bennett, the Israeli minister of trade and industry, “If in five years, a nuclear suitcase explodes in New York or Madrid,” “it will be because of the agreement that was signed this morning.”
