President Obama Calls For His ‘Brownshirts’

Friday, August 7, 2009

When will President Obama stop campaigning and do the job of president, that he was elected to do? The answer is, never.

His poll numbers have dropped dramatically and the nation is seeing that Obama cannot deliver on the many lofty promises he made before the election. Panic is sweeping the White House and his handlers of David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel are pulling out all the stops.

They are repeating the same campaign formula of denigrating and pillorying whomever or whatever does not agree with the administration’s agenda.

They have a long list that they keep adding too; Republicans, Talk Radio, Fox News, Health Insurance companies and the latest — YOU. Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid don’t want you exercising your Constitutional 1st Amendment rights!

They are calling you and I an ‘angry mob’, we are ‘astroturf… and carrying swastikas’ .

Over the last few days we have seen many disgruntled and angry constituents confronting their congressman or senator at Town Hall meetings over the Obama Health Care bill.

In order to break up this grassroots movement the White House has enlisted the help of the powerful SEIU union to pack these town halls and intimidate constituents.

Kathleen Sebelius the Health and Human Services Secretary, held a conference call today with members of SEIU, calling them her “brothers and sisters” and urging them to attend these town hall meetings.

Sebelius was only confirming the administration’s “in their face” attack, that was already in action as early as last night. SEIU members were asked to show up at Rep. Kathy Castor’s (D-Fla.) last-minute town hall meeting in the Tampa Bay area.

On the same night in St. Louis, Russ Carnahan packed his town hall meeting with hundreds of SEIU members, who were let in the back door and locked out an overflow crowd of over 1000 who waited to get in out front. Later, some SEIU hot heads attacked an innocent bystander outside the meeting. Gateway Pundit has the skinny, here.

This is an orchestrated White House campaign and President Obama confirmed it yesterday at a rally for Virginia’s Democratic candidate for governor, Creigh Deeds. He was talking about the economy, but it underlined what Obama really thinks of outspoken citizens.

“I expect to be held responsible,” Obama said. “But I don’t want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking. I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess. I don’t mind cleaning up after them, but don’t do a lot of talking.”

Obama’s message: sit down and shut up and accept his massive spending and government takeovers.

The CBO has just reported that the budget deficit through July 2009 reached $1.3 trillion, CBO estimates, close to $880 billion greater than the deficit recorded in the 10 months through July 2008. Outlays rose by almost $530 billion (or 21 percent) and revenues fell by more than $350 billion (or 17 percent) compared with the amounts recorded during the same period last year.

So why can’t we protest and oppose this rush to government health care? Are not these opponents doing exactly what Obama  did as a Community Organizer and his work for ACORN?

These demonstrations follow the same playbook that the White House and President Obama use; Saul Alinsky’s “Rules For Radicals”.

Now it is our turn. While your Senator and Congressman are on Summer recess, find out where they will have town hall meetings and show up to make your self heard. Try this link here to get more information, Congress Merge.

Just follow what Obama asked for during his campaign — but this time let’s get in the Democrat’s faces.
