Pelosi Has Gas Problem On Larry King Live

Friday, April 25, 2008

Unbelievable is what I was murmuring as I watched House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi stumble her way through an interview with Larry King, on Thursday night. When Nancy is unscripted and has no speech to read, she sounds completely unprepared for the lofty position she holds. But we knew that already.

When questioned by Larry King on the Democratic promise to lower gas prices she fumbled it all badly. Watch her answer here:

Pelosi of course blames the prices on George Bush, but when asked that directly from King, she stumbles on that point too. She doesn’t even know the price of a gallon of gas, saying it’s $2.56. When King corrects her that the average is $3.50 a gallon, Nancy says, “Oh it’s down 6 cents.”

If she can get it for $2.56 a gallon tell us where!

GatewayPundit supplies the truth about who is really responsible for the gas price increase:

Translation: Gas prices rose by 46% in the 5 years of the GOP Congressional majority. But with the Democrats in charge, prices have risen 70% in only 16 months.

Just remember in November that the steep rise in gas prices is due to the failure of the Pelosi-Reid-Democrat Majority Congress!

But you know the symptoms of BDS, now don’t you? Bush kidnapped the Lindburgh baby, personally lit fire to the Hindenberg, and used his warlock powers to call in Hurricane Katrina to destroy Nawlins.
