Did Obama’s Campaign Kibosh Rev. Wright’s Sermon Tour?

Is anybody in the media connecting the dots? Barack Obama’s Pastor of 20 years, Rev. Wright has suddenly cancelled two appearances in the last two days.

Yesterday, Wright canceled a long-planned appearance at a revival in Tampa, Florida and another today at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Both citing “Security concerns” — but that is a load of crock!

It’s too coincidental to me that as soon as the Wright controversy blew up in Barack’s face; Obama’s operatives were doing desperate damage control.

The first thing they did was get Wright out of sight and out of the news cycle.

All signs point to them telling Wright to cancel these two appearances and go into “hiding”.

But Jeremiah Wright and his inflammatory hate is still spewing forth on the Internet, cable news and talk radio.

Even today, Barack Obama sought to quell concerns over anti-American remarks by Wright. The print media who support Obama, call Wright, “his former pastor.”

There is not much “former” about the man Obama calls his mentor, friend, spiritual adviser and oh yes his “crazy uncle”.

“This is somebody that was preaching three sermons at least a week for 30 years and it got boiled down … into a half-minute sound clip and just played it over and over and over again, partly because it spoke to some of the racial divisions we have in this country,” Obama told an audience in Greensboro North Carolina.

Barack Obama defended Jeremiah Wright last week and still does today. He holds him in higher esteem than his white grandmother who he labeled a racist. Go figure. This problem is not going away and it’s stench will follow Obama all the way to November if he becomes the Democratic nominee for President.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows in the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination, it’s Clinton 46%, Obama 44%. More importantly Obama is viewed only 46% favorable to 52% unfavorable.

Barack’s wife Michelle Obama continues her “happy to bash America talk”, as new video surfaced today on a speech she gave at the University of South Carolina in January, 2008. Michelle Obama said,

“We don’t like being pushed outside of our comfort zones. You know it right here on this campus. You know people sitting at different tables – you all living in different dorms. I was there. You’re not talking to each other, taking advantage that you’re in this diverse community. Because sometimes it’s easier to hold on to your own stereotypes and misconceptions. It makes you feel justified in your own ignorance. That’s America. So the challenge for us is are we ready for change?”

Barack and Michelle Obama are a big joke on the American electorate. Whining all the time about what’s wrong with America, while they have led very privileged lives in the very nation they say has racial inequality.

Barack Obama graduated from Columbia University before graduating from Harvard Law School. Michelle Obama was educated at Princeton University and also graduated from Harvard Law School.

The Obama’s earned close to $1 million in 2006, they earned a combined $430,700 in salary and more than $506,000 in income from Barack Obama’s book sales in 2006.

Barack and Michelle declared $1.67 million in adjusted gross income in 2005.

Have you ever heard Barack and Michelle Obama point to their own very successful lives as proof of what is right about America? No they do not. They just tear it down.

Obama speaks of old stereotypes, on race and class warfare. He throws out bread crumbs of “hope” and “change” and sticks like glue to his Pastor, the bigot, Rev. Jeremiah Wright. — Obama really believes in Wright’s message of hating everything in America.

If Barack Obama didn’t, then last week he would have thrown Wright under the bus while calling him a racist and then go visit his ailing grandmother in Honolulu and give her a big hug.
