STOPPED! — Majority Leader Harry Reid’s Latest Amnesty S 2205
Yes — The people have spoken and stopped the latest Amnesty attempt orchestrated by Majority Leader Harry Reid. By a vote of 52 Yeas to 44 Nays the Cloture Motion on S 2205 was REJECTED!
The Congressional switchboard was jammed this morning with thousands of angry U.S. Citizens calling their Senators to voice their frustration and disgust that once again the Senate would consider another Amnesty bill for Illegal Aliens. Despite the people’s rejection of this last June and Durbin’s twice failed attempt to attach the Dream Act to other bills.
No they have not got the message – but they will in the next election in 2008!
Make sure to vote for any candidate that supports strong enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws.
Well done America — once again we showed the elitists in Washington who they work for!

Just curious. Are you able to talk about issues without resorting to childish name calling? “Democraps”? Are you serious. Our country is in a mess. And all of us are responsible. Is it possible that Americans fight together for change rather than fight each other? I want my children and grandchildren to have a better world to live in and I don’t care if it is a Republican or Democrat that leads the way, but surely you must see, that our country is going backwards and it is not one party that did it. We all are responsible for this mess and it is going to take the sweat and tears of EVERY AMERICAN to get us out. I haven’t decided which person I will vote for but I know I will not get caught up in name calling and raking my fellow humans through the mud. This isn’t a joke. This election coming up will decide whether our country starts to ascend or continue to slide backwards. Is that a joke to you?
Vote. Study the candidates positions, check their voting history, and VOTE! This IS America, there can’t be so many of the enemy to this nation in positions of power we can’t beat them if we work at it.
