This Blog is One Year Old Today
A year ago today I started this blog to voice my thoughts and opinions on all things politic. What a learning experience this has become and even more surprising is that a fair number of you pay me a visit to see what’s here.
In just one year my stats are over 136,000 views — it’s really hard to believe that so many have found this site, I thank you all. What is so astounding about the Internet is how one post can attract a world-wide audience and then gather comments. It’s truly a global town square, with millions of us on our own soap boxes, speaking our minds almost as one.
I promise to keep at it — the act of writing brings me joy, the views I express keeps my heart beating and I have a lot I still want to express.
Once again thank you to everyone who has stopped by, please keep coming back.

Congratulations on your one-year anniversary, autone! I thank you for keeping up with your blog and am a regular visitor, although I don’t always leave a comment. It seems that there simply is not enough hours in the day to do everything I’d like to do.
