Elvira Arellano Arrested and Deported by ICE in Los Angeles
Back in June, I wrote about Elvira Arellano in Who Would Jesus Deport?. Elvira took refuge in a Chicago church and made a mockery of our justice system. Ms. Arellano, a Mexican national, was served with a deportation order in 1997 and a second order in August 2006. However, Elvira believed that because her son was an American citizen, she had the right to stay in this country. Thankfully, the courts and the law saw it a different way.
On August 19, Arellano was arrested by ICE agents in Los Angeles, where she had been campaigning for immigration “reform.” On August 20, she was deported to Mexico. Arellano entered the United States illegally in 1997, was apprehended and deported back to Mexico by the United States government. She returned within days until here second arrest on Sunday.
Let’s applaud the Special Agents of ICE in Los Angeles for their excellent work and hope it sends a message to all of the illegal aliens — that living and working in the Unites States is a privilege achieved only by LEGAL Immigration.

LOL, so she comes to the infamous sanctuary city and gets picked up and deported. She has victimized all Americans. Stealing someones ID. Working in an airport AFTER 9/11, when security is supposed to be stepped up.
THEN, she turns her son over to Social Services? Irresponsible spells this womans track record. All 30 million of these leaches have got to go. Sorry, Put our low crime inmates out there to pick the crops. Send these criminals packing to wherever they come from.
I agree with most of the postings here regarding Arellano’s criminal behaviors.
Did any one of you hear about what Los Angeles City Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa’s (whom used to be a gangbanger) did after Arellano’s deportation? He wrote a letter to I.C.E. of Los Angeles, demanding that he be notified in advance of all of I.C.E.’s future raids on illegal immigrants in his gang territory, I mean, his city? I was hoping that any one of you kind folks would know where to find that letter, if published to the public at all. I first heard about it via a conservative talk radio guest talking about it.
We need to hire SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO (MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ) to run the ICE detention facilities… Then Elvira would think twice about returning after being deported!

Seriously why is everyone so uptight about imigrants?? Obviously they dont live to well whereever there comming from so why not accept them into the country> Of course comming into our country and getting a fake ID isnt very smart but they shouldnt be treated so porly for trying to have a better life.

Seriously, immigrants are people who wish to live in the United States LEGALLY. They follow our laws. You are pleading for ILLEGAL ALIENS – who trespass, crossing our borders illegally and then take all they can from this great land.
