Oh Canada – Shameful Country of Bigots

****UPDATE #2****

Once again censorship at YouTube seems to be in favor of the Islamofascists and not those that have opposing views. I’ve had to relink Part 1 for the third time!

***UPDATE***

As reported and with thanks to LGF “Sympathy for Radical Islam at YouTube” parts 1 and 5 were deleted from YouTube and now relinked. This shows you to what length the left and the Islamists will go to prevent you from seeing the truth.

I am totally ashamed of my country of birth, Canada and the city of Montreal. Every time I look north and hear stories of bigotry and intolerance I am reminded of how happy I am to be a citizen of the United States.

I left Canada in 1983 and have never looked back to regret that decision, knowing that I live in a country with the greatest freedom on earth. In Canada on the other hand if a protest turns into a hateful mob and riot — the police and government do nothing.

In September 2002, a violent demonstration of a Saudi-funded Muslim Student Association at Montreal’s Concordia University forced the cancellation of a speech by former Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu. I am embedding the five part documentary on this shocking event. With a hat tip to LGF — “This shows the thuggish, extreme nature in a way that hasn’t been exposed before; they believed they had the upper hand, and they had utter contempt for the Canadian authorities. It was a little intifada, right in the middle of Montreal.”

Don’t mix Quebec with the rest of Canada. As far as I’m concerned Quebecers can just pick up and leave this country and go back to France! They are some of the most pompus asses arround. As for the rest of Canadians I would say that we are a very tolerable people. Some of my best friends have either an Indian, or Muslim background. I couldn’t care less what religeon you practice. If you are a decent person, and I get along with the person you are, then you are a friend of mine. If you are an arrogant ass, then I don’t like you. Simple. If you think that all of Canada sucks because of your experiences in Quebec then you are in MY opinion a narrow minded idiot.

    Garry,
I’m curious as to what part of Canada you reside? I have traveled throughout Canada, living and working in all regions for months at a time, thanks to the film business. I have been in all the major cities and numerous small towns. Obviously you live in Shangri-La and have never seen the bigotry of Canadians towards the Inuit, the Native-Canadians, the blacks, those from Pakistan, India and the Caribbean.

You are very deluded and like most Canadians think of themselves as way above the rest of the world, especially the USA. Wakeup, racism is as much a part of Canada as the US – I know as I am a citizen of both countries and have seen it with my own eyes.

“saudi-funded Muslim Student Association”. ummm. Where is the evidence for the Saudi funding? Sounds like bullshit to me.

    Well Jeremy,
Try this “bullshit’ on for size: http://www.meforum.org/article/603
It’s a detailed look at Saudi funding of Muslim Student Associations.
Are you another cool-aid drinking “it can’t happen here, Canadian?”.

There is no cool-aid in my cup. Your article is about Concordia yet the information you sent me is biased information about MSA organizations in the USA. The “documentary” you posted demonizes arabs, palestinians and their supporters in the same way it asserts that “jews are villified” prior to every attempt at their destruction. You are guilty of the same discrimination that you claim you are against. When will people realize that being anti-zionist is not being anti-semitic. Not to mention….the “riots” at Concordia were 5 years ago. The MSA is an apolitical cultural/religous organization at Concordia…just to let you know. It is SPHR that always battled it out with Hillel and even they are mostly doing cultural events these days. Lets move on.
