L.A. City Council Declares: Illegal Alien Lawbreakers Have More Rights Than U.S. Citizens

Thursday, December 14, 2006

The Los Angeles City Council has nothing better to do than pass a declaration pouring pity on the millions of leaches from Mexico and parts further south that have broken the law by illegally crossing into the United States. What makes this hideous declaration so outrageous is that they refer to these scum as immigrants — which besmirches the name of those that have entered the U.S. by legal means and that includes me!

Illegal 1The heart of this piece of garbage is that the L.A. City Councilors say those who favor the enforcement of our sovereignty, “use anti-immigrant and xenophobic rhetoric to exploit mainstream fears of unchecked immigration, especially Latino immigration.” You can read the rest of it here.

The illegal aliens who have flooded this city and the state of California get a free ride. They pour into hospital emergency rooms to get medical care which has resulted in the closing of many hospitals. Their children overcrowd the Los Angeles Public schools with no english language skills ruining the educational process for everyone. Half of the gangs are made up of illegal aliens and the jails are bursting at the seams with illegal alien criminals.

The Los Angeles City Council’s declaration on immigration rights believes that the problem is the Minutemen — who are diligently working with Border Patrol to enforce the U.S.-Mexican border from the tsunami of illegals.

WRONG — it’s the illegal aliens that are the problem and they are turning Los Angeles into Mexico City north!

It’s time we elected politicians with real backbones who are willing to enforce the immigration laws, stop corporations from hiring illegals and bring America back to Americans!!

It’s amazing that politicians, activists and newscasters can’t seem to put illegal in front of immigration these days.

And with the Dem’s in power now, you may not see it again either.

What will it take? I may only pray that, when our troops get “redeployed”, they will remember their oath of enlistment. You know, the part about defending our Constitution agains all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC. Watch the first few minutes of “Starship Troopers” to see Michael Ironside explain it.

Have you noticed how fast the Mexican-Americans drop the American? They are not loyal to the United States, but why they want to turn this country into a hell hole like the one they excaped from in beyond me. There is no such thing as an illegal alien. They are criminals the minute they set their foot on U.S. soil. Time to start enforcing criminal laws, not immigration laws.

You make a good point, ScrapIron–I’d suggest it is because the leftist, socialist policies that have fostered poverty and dependency in our African population and in latino immigrant populations have created third-world hell holes much like those the immigrants fled in the hearts of our cities, such that the immigrants do not really feel that they’ve left their former hell. Another plot of ground, another hovel, another corrupt government, and more efforts to “get over” without any expectation or responsibility to behave or improve oneself. Why bother, when they give it to you free anyway (as in housing, food, clothing, education, and medical care). “Get back to if you don’t work, you don’t eat” and most of this crap will take care of itself.

Count me OUT! Because of this type of insanity, where the governing bodies of California are more concerned with criminals’ (illegal immigrants’) rights than with those of its law-abiding “American” citizens, I’ve decided that this will be my last year in California. I’m sure the only ones who’ll miss me with be at the Franchise Tax Board and, maybe, my employer. But, I just can’t take it any more. Years ago there was an artsy movie called “KOYAANISQATSI” which loosely translates to “life out of balance”. Some of you may remember it. California has taken this concept to a whole new level. But, I’ve decided not to participate. I’m going to take my toys and go to a red state.
