“We have met the enemy and they is us”

Thursday, November 2, 2006

Well John Kerry has flip-flopped again. He is showing his true colors, his arrogance, his elitism and disdain for any person below his class. He was in California to help Phil Angelides campaign for Governor — when he spoke these words heard around the world:

You know, education, if you make the most of it, and you study hard, and you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.

In a Seattle press conference he staunchly said he would not apologize. He claimed he was making a joke about George Bush and he only left out the word us — so he meant to say: If you don’t, you get us stuck in Iraq.

If John Kerry were Pinocchio — he’s about a stiff as the little wooden puppet — his nose would be ten feet long by now. Kerry has lied alot in his political life. After Viet Nam he falsely accused American troops of behaving like Genghis Khan. This year he said that our soldiers were raping Iraqi women in the dead of night. Now he insults the entire military and then claims he never meant what he said !

Here’s a photo from that illustrious event, that I call “Three Blind Mice”

The MSM and the Blogosphere was on fire with this. Those on the Left tried to explain away his gaffe by conjuring what he really meant to say: that Bush was an idiot and got us stuck in Iraq. Those on the Right took him at his word, demanding he apologize to the troops and seized the opportunity to point out that Democrats just wanted to ‘cut and run’.

Then Wednesday morning on Kerry’s web site he issued this statement as a veiled apology:

I sincerely regret that my words were misinterpreted to wrongly imply anything negative about those in uniform, and I personally apologize to any service member, family member or American who was offended.

Kerry canceled all his public appearances because the DNC told him to keep his mouth shut until next Tuesday!

This is why I have lost all respect for the Democratic party. I was a registered Democrat for 16 years until this past August. I saw Ned Lamont’s victory celebration in Connecticut, with him on stage were those two bigots, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton cheering the defeat of Joe Lieberman in the primary. Remember that Lamont has portrayed himself as an anti-war candidate calling for an immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq. That same night I also saw Cynthia McKinney go down to defeat in her Georgia primary, and her angry goons taunting the press with racist and anti-semitic comments. That was the final straw for me — that night I switched my party affiliation to Republican.

Words mean everything to me, that’s what I do for a living, I listen to them all day long. What I hear from the Democrats is that we should not be in Iraq. I hear them say that we should conduct a police action not a military one against terrorism. The Democrats say no to wiretapping or tracing the funds of known terrorists. The Democrats say that we can’t interrogate enemy combatants and must treat them the same as U.S. citizens. The Democrats say we don’t need to do anything about illegal aliens. The Democrats say nothing about the booming economy the soaring stock market or falling gas prices. The Democrats say that Bush is the enemy and if we sing Kum Ba Ya everything will be just fine.

After November 7th listen real carefully to the words of John Kerry, John Dean, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi. You’ll start to hear what I’ve been hearing since August.

At the end of the day, John Kerry is no Stephen Colbert. So maybe he should just leave the comedy to the experts…

“We have met the enemy and they is us” is so right on! We will not be defeated militarily, but we will be disposed of by way of infiltration and power placement. The other side has a good foothold and they are racing forward at full throttle. They enjoy watching us absorbed with the lifestyles of Paris Hilton, Brittany Spears, and Brad & Jolie. It means we are not watching them infest our nation with their messages of ‘no more God’ and ‘less freedoms’ which will be our ultimate demise.
