Whereas Ms. Arellano snuck into the United States illegaly – twice. She was deported once and returned to keep breaking laws and got caught. I, too, believe she broke the law and that that is unacceptable. But the opening line of your essay states that she is staying “… in the Adalberto United Methodist church in Chicago ..” Is her case an ecumenical effort?
